Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. So a Privacy Policy has been developed that covers how your information is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, and stored. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the privacy practices and contact me if you have any questions.

TL/DR: I don’t collect any personal information from you other than your name and e-mail if you contact me. You will never receive automated e-mails or advertisements from me. You can opt-out of submitting non-personal information.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime we are in contact. Your personal information is never automatically collected.

What personal information is collected

  • When you contact me via e-mail, your name and e-mail address and other information you voluntarily provide may be collected. You may choose to use an anonymous e-mail address and fake name at your sole discretion.

How we use your personal information

  • The personal information collected allows me to keep in contact with you for the sole purpose of responding to your initial inquiry.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information may be collected − data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. Non-personal information may be collected, used, transferred, and disclosed for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that is collected and how it may be used:

  • Information such as language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, and the time zone where a product is used so that I can better understand customer behavior and improve my products, services, and advertising.
  • I also may collect information regarding customer activities on our website and from our other products and services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and services are of most interest. Aggregated data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

If I do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Typically an app will use some sort of analytics tracking (such as Google Analytics). There will be an option in the app to opt-out of submitting this information.
